OLGA – PAS COMPRENDRE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

OLGA<\/strong> is a magazine interested in the adventure of forms that go beyond poetry-poetry. It’s a magazine that seeks to bring together the overflowing and the hybrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OLGA<\/strong> is half text, half image (visual poetry, concrete poetry, asemic writing, etc.), half sound (sound poetry and experimental music).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first issue of OLGA <\/strong>asks the question of COMPRENDRE<\/strong> (UNDERSTANDING). The question of COMPRENDRE is, of course, also the question of PAS COMPRENDRE<\/strong> (NOT UNDERSTANDING).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two launch evenings have therefore been planned, which will be both counterpoint and fulfillment of each other: the first at the EXC bookshop (Paris 3rd), the second at the Librairie du Jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this evening of readings, we’ll be reading poetry and trying to understand it. Which also means not understanding. The poetry will be spoken, it will be performed. There will be improvised poetry, electronic experimentation and mixed poetry, and we’ll understand. We’ll try to UNDERSTAND<\/strong> and we’ll try NOT TO UNDERSTAND<\/strong>. We’ll try to adjust the question the way you adjust the sound on a machine. We’ll understand. We won’t understand. We won’t understand everything. We’ll understand a little something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
