Agn\u00e8s b. wishes here to create a dialogue between two generations of figurative abstraction through the mediums of predilection of the two artists, painting for Emil Halmos and photography for Lucien Herv\u00e9. Between mind wandering and familiar silhouettes, the visitor is invited to let himself be transported into the visual world of each artist, sharing this appetence for color and black and white.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-vivid-red-background-color has-vivid-red-color is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00ab My images fall between figuration and abstraction and sometimes arrive there from opposite directions. What I mean by this is that if, for example, I start with something figurative or recognizable, I usually distort it until it is no longer recognizable.\u00bb.<\/p><cite>Emil Halmos<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00ab Lucien Herv\u00e9 is one of the rare photographers to combine humanist philosophy and architectural thought.
