General terms and conditions for online sales of LaFab entrance tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF\nTHESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of\nsale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the framework of\nthe remote sale of tickets on the www.la-fab.com<\/a>  website published by the \u201cFonds de dotation\nAgn\u00e8s Troubl\u00e9 agn\u00e8s b”. (hereinafter “The Fab”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer acknowledges having read these general terms\nand conditions of sale prior to the validation of his order. Any validation of\nthe order implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions without\nexception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fab reserves the right to adapt or modify these\ngeneral terms and conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, the\ngeneral terms and conditions of sale in force on the day that the order is\nplaced shall be applied to each order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 2 – TICKETS OFFERED\nFOR SALE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1<\/strong> Benefits to which the Tickets are entitled<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets give a right of access to the temporary\nexhibitions and\/or permanent collections of La Fab for a given period of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2<\/strong> Duration of validity of the tickets issued<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each ticket issued is valid only for the period\nindicated on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3<\/strong> Availability of tickets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer is informed of the availability of the\ndesired tickets when placing his order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 3- PRICE LIST OF THE\nSERVICES AND PRICE OF THE ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The site offers several rates that depend on the type\nof visit concerned and the age or status of the beneficiary of the right of\nentry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rates for visits are those displayed on the _____ site\nat the time of the order. They do not include any additional management fees\ncharged in addition on the day of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total price at the time of order validation is the\nfinal price, including all taxes and management fees included. It is included\nin the order confirmation e-mail and in the invoice. The prices of the visits\nand the total price of the order are stated in Euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fab reserves the right to change its prices at any\ntime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The online ordering procedure consists of the following\nsteps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/ The Customer selects the ticket(s) of his choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each ticket, the Customer chooses, if applicable,\nthe day and time of the visit, and the number of admissions corresponding to a\ngiven fare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\/ The Customer creates a Customer account or connects\nto his Customer account by entering an identifier and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The creation of the customer account implies communication\nof the information necessary to process the future order: first and last names,\naddress, telephone, e-mail address and date of birth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\/ A summary of the entire order is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After having checked his order and taken note of these\ngeneral terms and conditions of sale, the Customer makes the online payment of\nhis order by communicating his bank details (card number and validity date) and\nby making a final click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of refusal by the payment centre\nconcerned, the order is automatically cancelled. Any payment of the order by\nthe Customer constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the order which cannot be\nquestioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\/ The Customer receives an order confirmation e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 5 – TERMS OF PAYMENT\nAND PAYMENT CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.1<\/strong> Methods of payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The payment of tickets by the Customer is made\nexclusively in Euros and by credit card. The following cards are accepted:\nCARTE BLEUE, VISA, EUROCARD and MASTERCARD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2<\/strong> Payment transaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer’s bank account is debited for the amount\nof the order as soon as the transaction is accepted by the payment centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of refusal by the payment centre, the\norder is automatically cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.3<\/strong> Invoice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as the transaction is completed, the Customer\nhas the option of obtaining an invoice by logging onto his Customer account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.4<\/strong> Security of payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For bank card payments made on its site, the Fab uses\nthe secure payment service of the server of its partner banks. All information\ntransmitted from the _____ site to the payment system is systematically\nencrypted to ensure its confidentiality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 6 – ORDER CONFIRMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.1<\/strong> As soon as the payment centre has confirmed\nthe payment of the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming his order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2<\/strong> The confirmation e-mail acknowledges\nreceipt of the order and contains the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
